Cabernet requires participants not use outdoor cleats.

Because the turf is synthetic cleats are not really needed. Running shoes will suffice for practices; you may also use indoor soccer cleats. A mouth piece will be required for practices when we are hitting/going into contact. Shorts are needed, rugby shorts preferred, and a thick jersey, preferably a rugby jersey.
