Ladies and gentlemen, due to issues beyond our control the practice times for the Cavaliers has moved ahead 1 hour.  The U10, U12, and U 14 teams will arrive, ready to practice, at 4:30, not 5:30 as was originally planned and noted.  The high school teams will need to arrive, and be ready to go by 5:30. 

The Pleasanton Cavaliers Board members and coaches wish to apologize for the change.  Unfortunately it was an unavoidable situation.  The former Cabernet staff member in charge of scheduling inaccurately entered the wrong time and we were notified via email at 11:00 AM.  Other sports programs using their facilities were also effected by the error. We are working to resolve the issue and will inform you of any additional changes as they arrive.

Please review this list of members who have yet to complete the mandated profile updates on the database.  It's critical that we get all information so that we can purchase the correct size uniforms, have accurate inusrance information and liabilitiy releases which the profile updates allow you to do.  Updates will also allow us to know who intends to compete at which age group, birthdates, etc.  You will not be allowed to practice on Wednesday until we have all information in our database.  I urge you to do it now so you are not dealing with it when you come to practice on Wednesday. to login to your profile simply follow the link http://pleasantonrugbyclub.com/applications/MembersAreaManager/inc_membersareamanager.asp, enter your user ID and password, click the submit button, and then edit the information.  If you are an adult on this list and play touch rugby, the inforation is still needed.  Thanks in advance for attending to this and I look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday.

Thanks to all that showed up this past Sunday for Touch rugby. Over 60 strong and new players are coming every week. There seems to be interest in running touch rugby this week, unfortunately the field is booked for 3:00 on Wednesday with Lacrosse. Plan on meeting next Sunday, same time for another run.

Updating your profiles is easy, simply click the link http://pleasantonrugbyclub.com/applications/MembersAreaManager/inc_membersareamanager.asp and log in using your previously provided User Name and password. The completed profile also fulfills our need to have the liability information needed.

Our first practice is January 6th, 5:30 for U10's, 12's and 14's and 6:30 for high school students. We will have a table set up to receive fees, and at lest two laptops to update profiles for those that have not yet done so. Updating your profiles now will save you 20% on late registration fees which will be imposed January 1st.

Players will not be allowed to practice until:

Completed profiles are received with waivers of liability, insurance information, Emergency contact information, and uniform sizes.

Players will not be allowed to participate in any matches until:

All fees are paid and the participant has a USA rugby/California Youth Rugby CIPP number (registration number). Juniors and seniors make plans now to attend  training at the SFGG club house on Treasure Island. The date is Sunday January 17th.  If you played with the Cavaliers last year the training is mandatory.  The training will be an all day affair.  More details to follow.
