Attention all members, The club bylaws require that a general meeting be held once a year to discuss club matters, nominate and elect board officers for the current year, and provide a focus for the next year. All members, and parents representing players are asked to attend this meeting and vote. If you have an interest in running for a board position, please reply to this email.
A more formal agenda will be forth coming but we wanted to give you ample time to coordinate your schedules. The general meeting will be held at Amador Valley High School, room Q112, at 6:30 on August 23rd.

The Cavaliers Rugby Camp date is the last week of July, July 26-30 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If you register prior to July 1 the cost is $150.00. After July 1 the cost will be $200.
I hope you all have a great Memorial Day Weekend. If your not busy tomorrow, Sunday, the Golden Gate Super League side will be defending their title against the New York Athletic Club. Game time is 3:00 at the Treasure Island Field.
This coming Friday, Ken Burnthorn, GIles Wilson, and Paul Bretz will be going to the Sunol Glen School District to introduce the faculty and students on the fun of touch rugby. Wish us luck.
Paul Simko, the director of the Video A Giant Awakens, has updated their web site to include the interviews that many of our kids participated in during the banquet last month. Additionally you might find yourself on a TV commercial advertising the movie On June 5th and 6th. the commercials will air during the telecast of the College 7's rugby Championships shown on NBC.
